百度 3月23日公司连发15条公告，主要说了四件事：一是宣布九鼎控股或其关联方将在未来12个月内以5元/股增持公司股份，增持金额10亿元；二是宣布推进旗下优博创、参股公司人人行科技股份有限公司（下称人人行）以及新收购的富通保险上市等；三是将公司股票转让方式从做市变更为集合竞价转让方式；最令人惊心的是第四件事，公司收到证监会的《调查通知书》，因涉嫌违反证券法律法规，根据《中华人民共和国证券法》的有关规定，中国证监会对公司进行立案调查。
